01Do I already need to know what should be automated?
No. You show Duracy your actual workflows. Duracy assesses where automation or AI makes sense and, just as importantly, where it does not.
02Can I speak with you briefly before the assessment?
Yes. If you have a question beforehand or want to check whether your request is generally a fit, you can reach Duracy directly by phone or WhatsApp. The actual analysis of your workflows then takes place during the assessment.
03What do I receive for the €490 assessment?
Around two hours on site, a written report with observations and prioritized automation and AI opportunities, a personal review meeting and, for worthwhile measures, a fixed-price proposal. The report remains yours even if no project follows.
04Do I have to commission anything after the assessment?
No. You decide only after you know the findings, recommendation, scope and price.
05What if automation is not worthwhile for my business?
Then Duracy says exactly that. The assessment is meant to identify where implementation makes sense, not to force a project.
06Can Duracy work with my existing software?
We assess that based on your specific workflow. Where useful, existing systems can be integrated. Where a custom solution is a better fit, the report explains why.
